Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NanoFlash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NanoFlash is an AI-powered image transformation service. Users upload or capture photos, describe desired edits via text or voice, and receive AI-generated transformations powered by Google Gemini.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The Service requires a paid subscription (Pro plan)
  • Pro Monthly: $19/month — 100 transforms per month
  • Pro Annual: $180/year ($15/month equivalent) — 100 transforms per month
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account menu

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription includes 100 image transformations per calendar month. The Inspire feature is limited to 20 suggestions per day. Usage counters reset at the beginning of each billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Use the Service to create deceptive or misleading imagery
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of images you upload
  • You own the transformed images generated from your content
  • You grant NanoFlash a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service
  • NanoFlash and its branding are owned by us

8. AI-Generated Content

Transformations are generated by AI and may not always produce expected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for how you use generated images.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account menu. Account deletion permanently removes all your data including your profile, subscription, transform history, and stored images. Active Stripe subscriptions are automatically canceled upon account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
